"’Social work burnout’ is a term used for someone nearing the end of their career due to being overworked/stressed within the social work industry..."

“I’ve been a social worker for four years, but lately I have been experiencing feelings of burnout.

I feel I’m nearing the end of this career due to being overly stressed within the social work industry. If you have ever worked as a social worker, you will know how wonderful and rewarding it can be, but you will also know what I'm talking about.

Anyway, ever since I started taking HCF A20®, I have re-entered the workforce with a new, calm, and more positive attitude. Focusing on the job issues (and there are plenty of those in social work) has proven to be far easier as I can keep a more level head, better assess, and decide upon a more practical approach to resolve each situation.

With a clearer mindset I also feel I have a better grasp of separating my work life from my personal life as I return home. Even my girlfriend has commented on my more relaxed attitude, stating, ‘You just seem more at ease and confident.’

HCF A20® has saved my career (and quite possibly my love life)!”
